SHUTTLE SERVICE

Transportation will be available from the Embassy Suites to the Basilica and following the reception back to the Embassy Suites. Transportation will also be available post-reception to our after party in downtown South Bend and back to the Morris Inn. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the dress code?

We love seeing our guests dressed up and we encourage all guests to wear black tie attire if possible! Tuxes and dark suits for men and long dresses for women are preferred.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Guests staying at the Morris Inn can walk from the hotel to the Basilica. The wedding reception will take place inside Notre Dame Stadium, which is walkable from the Basilica as well.

For guests not staying at the Morris Inn, there will be a shuttle service to transport guests from the Embassy Suites to the Basilica for the wedding ceremony. There will also be a shuttle service to bring guests back to the Embassy Suites after the reception.

Will there be parking available?

Free parking will be available both by the Basilica and in front of Notre Dame Stadium, where the reception will take place. Accessible parking spaces are available in both locations as well.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 3pm. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Are kids invited?

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if included on the invitation. If children have been invited, they will be listed when you RSVP.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. However, guests will have a short walk outdoors in between the ceremony and the reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be listed when you RSVP.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than March 13, 2026.

Can I take a tour of Notre Dame?

Absolutely! There are tours available of the campus and of Notre Dame Stadium, available at the below link.
